Insurance Programming encompasses custom software development, subscription-based insurance analytics tools, risk modelling platforms, and associated consulting services. The policy governs payments for one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, and project-based engagements. It does not cover third-party insurance products purchased through our platform, which remain subject to the terms of the respective insurers.
Prices, Currencies, Taxes and Additional Charges
All prices on our website are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 9 percent where applicable under Singapore law. Additional charges may apply for custom development work, extended support packages, or data migration services, and these will be clearly quoted before any payment is authorised. Currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
Accepted Payment Methods, Authorisation and Security
We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, PayNow, and bank transfers for enterprise clients. Refunds are available for unused subscription periods if cancellation occurs within 14 days of purchase, provided no substantial use has been made of the service. Non-refundable items include custom-coded Insurance Programming modules, completed consulting deliverables, and any promotional or discounted purchases. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or for cancellations due to changes in your business needs.
Step-by-Step Procedure to Request a Refund

Digital Insurance Programming tools and subscriptions are non-returnable once access has been granted. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Promotional offers, including discounted first-year subscriptions, are subject to the same refund rules as standard purchases, with no extension of trial periods beyond what was originally offered.
Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Suspected Fraud
Failed payments will be retried up to three times before the order is cancelled. Duplicate charges detected by our system are automatically refunded. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in service suspension. Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to relevant Singapore authorities and may lead to permanent account termination.
Mandatory Consumer Rights in Singapore
